Return window
Return or exchange requests must be started within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Final sale items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
How to start
Email hello@rosanabrand.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility before you ship anything back.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
